The triple distilled single malt is called Emulsion, it was crafted by Damian Mackey, the founder, John Ibrahim's partner in Shene Distillery. This single malt Whisky matured in special handcrafted 100L Apera Casks and further evolved in an exclusive 700L Tawny Cask from the heart of the Douro Valley in Portugal and premium 300L French Oak Cognac Casks. This strawberry gold Tasmanian Whisky is light and elegant with notes of pineapple, vanilla and Turkish delight.
